Q. Is there any other corporate requirements or restrictions that we need to know of?
No. Other than the eligibility terms above, there is no other restrictions. However, please provide these information below: a) A copy of the Business License and Bankbook b) There may be instances whereby API may not be available for certain products depending on the complications of the development side. Further discussions may be needed.
Q. Would the files from submitted orders by customers be reviewed?
No. Red Printing will not review or inspect data files from customer. This is the responsibility of the customer to check their files before placing an order. Orders made through the API integrations will be produced and delivered without any file inspection or review.
Q. When integrating through API, will the product rates be discounted?
Yes. Discounted rates will be applied onto each product connected via API. Red Printing will provide the handling of producing products as well as delivery logistics. The discount rate will be applied within the contract period (1-year). You may decide to renew the contract at a later date just before the contract ends.
Q. Can we add new products via API, even after we have integrated our systems?
Yes. You can add other desired products through API even after the systems are integrated. Kindly contact our consultant in charge and let them know the details. However, the discounted rates may differ.
Q. Can we also order from the Red Printing website?
Yes. You can order on our Red Printing site with the corporate ID and use it like a regular customer to place order. However, submitted files will be reviewed by our Customer Center before sending to production. No discounts will be applied.
Q. How do I check the details of my order?
We will provide a site whereby you can check the order details such as product specifications, submitted design, payment information and track shipment.
Q. How do I check the status of each of my order?
Shipping status and invoice number can be searched through the website.
